Our Staff are able to see you, call you and  receive all emails to info@harrisonroseproperty.com or via this website. Telephones are diverted to our staff mobiles after hours and messages left will be actioned appropriately.

However please note the following:

• Maintenance - We will only ask our contractors to attend for URGENT maintenance issues. If you suspect you or another occupant have contracted, or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, you must notify us when you report the maintenance issue.
  Our contractors are likely to want to assess the situation over the phone and where possible we ask you to provide relevant pictures. Contractors may reserve the right not to enter, or request that any occupants absent themselves from the area where there is the issue whilst they are on site.
• Viewings - We will conduct viewings at our discretion on already vacant properties, and videos may be available on request. Again applicants should cancel their appointment if they suspect they have the virus, or have been exposed to it
